Covid 19 Cards Wallet App

I have 2 kids who took their Covid 19 vaccines on the same date and time. When I try to add their Covid 19 info (from CA state website), I can only add one child's info. When I try to add the second kid it says I already the information. The Apple Wallet is only seeing different dates in order to make a card for the wallet. Shouldn't the Wallet App be able to distinguish a different name attached to a similar date? Is there a way for this to be fixed?
