YTD PRO

Have been trying to download YTD PRO on my iMac Mojave version 10.14.6 , i have been in touch with YTD they gave me the link to download i get so far and it goes into offering me free downloading this is after i have paid for licence which should get me down loaded but it doesn't, i have asked for help and get the same answer and getting nowhere,

does anyone out there know how to help me ? many thanks
