Is anybody having luck running a 2018 MacBook Pro 15" with the Dell U3818DW monitor on Monterey?
Prior to updating everything was working fine. After updating to Monterey this morning, the monitor will not stay connected via USB-C for longer than two minutes and charging no longer works.

Resetting the SMC had no effect on the problem and the monitor was still disconnecting after about 2 minutes of connection.
I've reset the NVRAM and have now had the monitor connected and the computer charging for about 10 minutes.
NVRAM made no difference me. Same problem, except I get no signal now from USB-C. Original problem was that i couldn't get the 3840x1600 resolution any longer; now I can't get any signal or charge with USB-C. HDMI port connected to USB-C dongle gets the resolution fixed (no charging of course). I also tried a new cable; no change - so it's clearly some driver/software problem most likely.
Resetting NVRAM seems to have fixed my issue.
