Apple account balance has been disabled help!!!

I have never heard of Apple account balance being disabled so it is hard to be of assistance. Perhaps you could provide more detail such as error messages you are seeing? I have heard of accounts being disabled, but not the balance.

I did some searching and looks like this annoying issue won’t just go away itself. It may take up to months to get solved. Now my $1000 balance is stuck and no one seem to be knowledgeable enough to help. This will be my very last time using apple products!!!!

Have you got this solved? Im having the same issue, and all the agents even their “senior” ones were dumbassses, got me to nowhere but wasted my time!!!

Then how do you know your 'balance is disabled'?
