Concern: Audio Descriptions won't turn off in Amazon Prime App on Apple TV

I followed the steps from a previous post on this topic but there is not an option of UK English to turn off the Audio Descriptions won't turn off in Amazon Prime App on Apple TV.
Has anyone found a solution?

Every single setting for Audio Description, Voice Over. I've even reset to factory settings. My TV itself has all settings off. I cannot get rid of AD on NBC. It is beyond aggravating. I cannot stand having a third party voice narrating an entire show, on a network I watch almost 5 days per week.

The audio descriptions are still on during the movie on Amazon prime even when the off button is selected in Apple TV settings.
Try changing the audio track to a language not marked with ‘AD’ (audio descriptions).
