Under the Audio menu, I can’t set the audio setting to English permanently. It keeps resetting it to EnglishAD every time I turn it on and when a new episode plays. I’m having the same issue with the Subtitles menu. I can’t set the subtitles to English CC, it keeps resetting to English every time I turn it on and when a new episode plays.

Verify that Audio Descriptions is turned off in Settings.
Verify that Closed Captioning is turned on in Settings.

These are device settings, so for the Apple TV box, you would make settings there.
Other devices have their own settings for this.
Thank you for your help, but I’d like to clarify something. For the fix in the settings, is it in the Apple TV+ app/my profile settings or is it in the Apple TV 4K device settings?
