Apple TV Search cant find any shows from streaming apps i've subscribed to

Recently bought the latest 4K Apple TV and when i press the search button on the side of the remote (Siri) it cant find any shows , sometimes it will display what i can rent etc.... even though ive subscribed to Apple TV, Netflix, Stan, Prime etc... i thought it would search for a movie or tv titles across my different streaming apps. i upgraded from a google chromecast with TV that was able to do this? am i doing something wrong ? its annoying as i have to go into each subscription until i can find what im after

Apple TV search can find what content providers are willing to make searchable. It wouldn’t return results for apps that you haven’t installed or subscriptions that you haven’t got. For Netflix, Apple TV only searches Netflix Originals, not licensed content. Searchable services are differentiated by country. Search would try to find VOD content, not scheduled linear/live TV content.
