Thanks for the technical support assistance

I really need more assistance in updating my Apple IPhone 7 and I know from previous experience with being a Customer of Boost Mobile for years Now I also have an updated 4G LTe Motorola phone that has locked due the fingerprint locks Now I am back at 1 because my Apple locked about a year ago. Since then I have purchased over three phones including a Galaxy 10, LG 6 and I’m not truly satisfied with the phones. Now my Apple has been working tremendously and I have problems updating all my old information like Gmail accounts and I am also worried about Identity thefts due to New Apple IPhones and technology.

It sounds like many of your issues are with your phone company, not Apple itself. Your phone company provides your service, Apple is providing the hardware and its own services.

I don't really know what you mean by, "updating all my old information like Gmail accounts." Is this a Gmail question, in which case it should be directed at Google support? https://support.google.com/mail

I am not sure if a phone company should give your phone number away so quickly without the knowledge of the customers.
