Restoring ipone without cable

How to restore iPhone from previous backup without computer cable and without easy startup?

Problems:

1) ny apple charger cable got lost long ago. And the generic brand does not let me connect with my computer. So no cable, then I tried restoring from ICloud.

2) i can’t seem to find the option to restore from backup on iCloud. So I erased my chain from start up. During the erase you fl cellular plan erased too. So when I try to do easy start Up with my ICloud id. I never accomplish the process, due to my cellular plan erasing and that the two factor authorization needs me to have a live mine for me to finish my startup

whats next? Should I try disabling the two factor -authentication? Take out SIM maybeV
