Mouse stuck on right click

Since updating to Big Sur 11.6 my Magic Mouse randomly gets stuck on right click. It'll happen out of the blue after 10 minutes, or an hour, and it doesn't matter what app I'm in.

The wireless keyboard also stops responding and just makes a click noise as if you were typing.

Plugging in a USB mouse doesn't fix it and the behaviour continues. Turning Bluetooth on/off doesn't help. If I log out and put the computer to sleep it usually fixes it.

Any ideas?
