Why does my Iphone 11 drop calls and play random music or podcasts when my wired headphones are plugged in?

If you haven't already, you can also make sure your iPhone has been restarted and updated to continue isolating this issue, but if the issue doesn't happen when you aren't using those headphones or using different headphones, the issue could be isolated to those specific headphones. Also to confirm, none of these issues happen once you unplug your wired headphones, correct? Does this happen with another pair of wired headphones or Bluetooth headphones (if available)?
