how do you reset Powerbeats pro earbud so it will charge. Left one charges but cannot charge the right one. It is clean and is is sitting properly on the charger.

Resetting them would be a good idea. Try those steps after selecting Powerbeats Pro at the top here: Reset your Beats earphones
If you have access to another charging cable, it might be good to test another one.
You can also try updating the firmware: Update the firmware of your Beats product
Should it continue, then try pairing them with another device, then try charging them.
If it persists, then it would be best to bring them in for an inspection: Beats Repair and Service
Bring in the Powerbeats Pro and case, with a photo ID, and the original receipt, if possible.
Select your region and search nearby for locations: Find Locations
Due to the current conditions around the world, some stores may have limited hours or appointment times. They also may require specific things to visit them (Such as, scheduling an appointment, wearing a mask, calling to check-in, etc.).
