sign in to iTunes required every 24 hours

I have many apple products including 3 iPhones that I use every day. the iPhone 5 is fine, I don't need to sign in to iTunes once I'm in. The iPhone 10 requires me to sign in every 24 hours. If I am using the iPhone 11, the iPhone 10 is kicked out of iTunes. Also, the iPhone 10 is constantly giving me notices of service unavailable. What gives?

Hello julie50,

We understand that you're having multiple issues with your iPhones. We'd be happy to help!

First, could you please confirm if all of your iPhones are fully up to date?

Do they all have active cellular plans? If so, are they with the same carrier or different carriers?

With the iPhone X, does this seem to come and go or does it consistently say no service?

Cheers!
