Iphone will not turn on and is stuck on the apple logo screen. It will turn off when we try and restart it but then it stays on the apple logo. Tried to wipe it on iTunes and it updated, turned off and it is still showing the apple logo and not changing.
My understanding: You were trying to upgrade to a later version of iOS, and decided the phone was stuck so you rebooted it. Then you tried to wipe it, now it is still in the Apple boot logo. I hope you have not corrupted the phone by interrupting it as it stored its new iOS.
Be patient. If necessary leave it to recover for several hours, son't even touch it until tomorrow morning. Please be aware the restart after a software update can be very slow as the phone installs and activates the new software. A restart which normally takes a few minutes might extend to 30 minutes or even longer. If it has not recovered overnight, contact Apple Support for detailed advice and guidance.
