Hi, I’ve got two iPhones: an iPhone X and an iPhone SE (first gen.), both on iOS 15.1.
I have enabled the “Share Across Devices” on both the phones.
However, the displayed overall screen time is different on the two devices.
What am I missing?

as you could see in my screenshots, updated times are only one minute difference between the two units, but screen time differs for 13 minutes.
If I click on "See All Activity", most of the apps do not mach, do you want me to send screenshots?
Yes, these differences persist after a restart of both iPhones.
