How can you reset a MagSafe wallet that is connected to someone who returned it to the store. There is no battery to remove.

Return it to the store where you bought it and explain to them that it's useless because the original buyer did not remove it from their account.
I agree. There doesn’t seem to be any way to fix it and it pops up a “not your wallet “ message every time I attach it. Thanks
