Billing

i couldn’t update nor download any app form my App Store it says “There is billing problem with previous purchase” also it asked for Apple ID password but when I tried to put it says wrong password. so I was wondering if you could help me sort out this problem. Hope to hear you from soon. Thank you!

If you forgot the Apple ID (iCloud) password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
