Does Apple Watch Series 3 keep a long term record of pulse rate that can be easily accessed (to be able to assess how variable it has been)? I have an iPhone 6.

All health data collected by your watch is stored in the Health App on your iPhone.

So look around in there and you will find it.

It is called Heart Rate
