I cannot charge my Apple TV remote as the lightning cable charger will not stay in the remote. I push it in as normal but as soon as I let go it pops out - it just doesn’t want to receive the lightning cable. I have tried multiple lightning cables so am certain the remote is the problem. Any suggestions? Thanks
I would try to clear out lint / debris out of the connector in the remote but it could also be a damaged connector causing it
Thanks very much for your reply. I should have mentioned I already cleaned remote charging dock which is now clear and clean. By damaged connector do you mean the dock in remote? I’ve tried multiple different lightning cables that I own so am certain it’s not a cable fault. Thanks
