wallet wont accept my prepaid cards after 1 purchase.. how can i get my Apple ID cash moved to where i can spend it on non apple stuff??

You cannot transfer Apple ID cash to your wallet. You need to connect a debit card and your bank account to fully use Apple Pay Cash. I don't believe you can use pre-paid cards in Apple Wallet.
