lost 3 months free about Apple Music

Apple Music was launched on Playstation 5, I linked my apple account to listen to the music when I purchased from the itunes store on PS5. During this process, I signed up for Apple Music, and I unintentionally used the 3 month free Apple Music benefit. I thought something was wrong with this, so I hurriedly canceled my subscription. My subscription was cancelled, but my 3-month free Apple Music subscription disappeared like this. I want to get my 3 month free subscription again.

To make sure we're on the same page, you signed up for Apple Music through your PS5 and activated the free 3 month trial. You then cancelled the subscription, but don't see the free trial any longer?


If this is the case, we understand the concern but this is expected behavior. Upon cancelling the trial, you forfeit the remainder of the trial period. There is no way to restart the trial at that point. If you choose to sign up for Apple Music again it would be at the normal rate.


If you'd like to see this tweaked, we'd recommend leaving feedback for Apple below.
