One (right) AirPod won’t work.
Why is my right AirPod super quiet? It is clean and the left works just fine.

Low volume is usually a symptom of needing to be cleaned:

If no help, try this:
Go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual and scroll down to “Balance L vs R” (Adjust the audio volume balance) and make changes.
