Hello. I have a subscription, but all the profile information in the application is not displayed. And when entering through Shazam, he writes that he needs a subscription.

Conflict between Apple One Premier and Apple Music subscriptions I have Apple One Premier yet my Apple Music is no longer active. But its says I have to subscribe to Apple Music to open a song from Shazam - and when I try to "re-subscribe" - its says I can't because I get my Apple Music via my Apple One Premier Subscription. How do I get around this? I love being able to Shazam and then add a song.

From what we understand, you're experiencing an issue with accessing your Apple Music subscription via Shazam. To confirm, you're able to access your Apple Music subscription in the Music app correct? If so, what happens when you turn on "Sync Shazams to Apple Music" in the Settings button in the Shazam app: Use Shazam with Apple Music, Snapchat, and more
