Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT

Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Yes when I go to the App Store it’s having me put in my Apple ID password I do that and it takes but then goes to my address and I achnedge it’s correct and then I’m back to the password again. It keeps repeating and I can’t download any apps

How do I fix this problem

App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - If you can't connect   *


Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.


Try a restart.


Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch    *


Try a forced restart.


Reset Device. -
