I cannot take screenshots in I phone 12
i cannot take screenshots with volume up button and power button. How can I fix it?

Press and hold the volume up button, then immediately press the power button.
If you can't do that, something is wrong with your buttons. Make an appointment and have your iPhone inspected at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider.
