Which states departments of health support adding the covid-19 vaccine info to apple wallet so far? If you received the vaccine at a state run vaccine clinic how can you get a QR code to add your record?

According to the resource you came from, "You can download verifiable vaccination and test result records if your vaccine or test result provider supports this format. Check with your provider to see if they support verifiable health records.": Add verifiable COVID-19 vaccination information to Apple Wallet and Health
However, this is limited at this time to the US, UK and Canada: View health records on your iPhone or iPod touch

Hey, Apple Support, this is where offshore support is problematic. They specifically asked about states, as in US States.
To answer the original question for them, it depends on the state. Some like CA and NY have accessible verifiable proof. Anyone who used VAMS has no proof, their QRcode is just a shortcut, not proof. And people in most red states are SOL.
