While Apple Watch SE is charging, iPhone 11 Pro Max disconnects connectivity to Beats Flex ear buds intermittently. All of the sudden, music switches to the iPhone speaker. Once its done charging and back on wrist, the issue generally resolves itself. Is there a settings change to use while charging to avoid it?

Did you connect the ear buds to the watch or to the phone? If you activated the buds by using the phone then take the watch off it would not matter. But if you activated the buds by using the watch then yes I think that would cancel the connection when taking the watch off.
