Did Safari not upgrade in Monterey (MacOS 12.0.1)

Have seen that there are to be changes (cosmetic and ops) to Safari coming with Monterey. Upgraded to Monterey (MacOS 12.0.1) yesterday but none of the changes shown on Apple website are present. Did Safari not upgrade? Do I need to need to re-load 12.0.1 somehow?
