My husband's apple ID was on a spare phone that we have and when my phone needed to be repaired, I signed in with mine. Now both our ID'S are on here and his info in merged with mine. How can I undo this?

You need to wipe the phone completely or manually delete his data.
Manually delete his contacts. You can try setting up Family Sharing between the IDs if you want to be able to share purchases made with the IDs.

We tried wiping and restarting with my ID only, but his stuff is now permanently on my ID as well. I got most of his things off, but all his phone contacts are merged with mine and sometimes the phone still asks me for his password. Is there a fix for that?
