Exclusive mode for macOS is still greatly desired

This is all we want.

An exclusive mode on macOS so we can forget about Audio MIDI Setup or the 24/176.4 compromise* when streaming to an external DAC via USB.

Since M chip Macs are a lot like iOS devices, which take any bit rate and give you any bit rate in accordance with your DAC,… please oh please?

*176.4 kHz is an integer multiple of 44.1 kHz and 88.2 kHz, providing lossless upsampling for most music.
