ios 15.1 not installing on iphone with error message not enough space

I’m trying to install this update on my iPhone 11 and getting this error message but I have more than enough space on my phone so it is not doing anything when I click on, continue.

I have over 20 GB of free space on my phone.

Any help would be appreciated.
