MY SOUND IS MUFFLED

I really need someone’s help man I’m about to cry I had a iPhone 7 that done the same thing so I brought the NEW iPhone SE 2021 and it’s doing the exact same thing

my sound is muffled on all my apps except normal camera video,

it is muffled on Snapchat Instagram and tiktok when I try to video but on NORMAL CAMERA IT WORKS FINE PLEASE HELP

Is this with videos you record in those two apps, videos you play, or both types of videos?
Are you using the built-in speaker on your iPhone, headphones, Bluetooth speaker, or anything else.?
As you have a compatible model, the latest version is iOS 15.1. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. Here's a link that'll show how to first back up, then Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
