iOS versions

If I don’t have an option under Software updates to choose iOS 14 or 15 does that mean my device/iPad is too old?

Very likely yes. In general, the Software Update option should offer any available iOS update you don't have and that is compatible with your device. If it's not offering one, it's normally because the device is not compatible with any other update than the one it's currently running.


If your iPad is running iOS 12.5.5 then its not able to update any further than that.
