Can someone please tell me the difference between Apple Watcher Charger MX2H2AM/A and Apple Watch Charger MLWJ3AM/A? Thank you.

The MLWJ3AM/A is the newer USB-C Fast Charger for the Apple Watch 7. It will work with your Apple Watch 6.
If you have a 20watt or higher power charging brick, then you can get Fast Charge. It will not change the speed the Series 6 and lower charge at. Just the Series 7.
Does the faster charging cable make a significant difference in charging times or is the charging speed dependent on the 20W USB-c brick? (I'm actually asking these questions because I've ordered an Apple Watch 7, yet to be delivered...)
From what Apple stated at the event, yes. Myself, I charge my watch overnight so charging speed is not an issue.
