After the upgrade to Monterey 12.0.1 yesterday any email that I open dont display the picture on the message.What I need to change after this upgrade to be able to see the pictures like before the upgrade

How can I fix this and get the pictures back when I open any email.

Open the Mail App
Goto Preferences (Command + comma)
Click the Privacy Tab
Uncheck "Protect Mail Activity" next to "Mail Privacy Protection"
Uncheck "Hide IP Address"
Uncheck "Block All Remote Content"
