Provide Apple Feedback:

There is no option in Find My option for an Apple Pencil this. So, recommend to Apple that they make it such an option.  Apple may not get back you, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what their customers prefer, and what to consider in models to come.

1. Go Here: Feedback - iPad - Apple
2. Select: "Feature Request" for "Feedback Type"
3. Comment: on why you think this should be included
4. Proceed form there as necessary

Bluetooth:

Enabling Bluetooth on the iPad is almost like a beacon. As long as it is seen, then it lays about somewhere close by.

Backtrack your Locations:

You'll have to do it the olde fashioned way, and backtrack your locations.

Look on your iPad's Screen:

Power on your iPad, seeing if it is detected. If so, it is nearby.

There are no technical means by which a mislaid Apple Pencil can be located. Even if still charged, a motionless Pencil will shut-off its Bluetooth connection to save power. An idle Pencil cannot be located using Bluetooth.

The only method to locate a lost Pencil is the Mark1 eyeball...
