I just bought the 200 GB plan but when I go to the alert that says my storage is still full , it still says that I have 16 GB. When I go to iCloud it says I have 200 but when I go to iPhone storage it says I have 16 . How do I fix this ?

iCloud storage and your phone storage are different.
To save space on your phone, move your files to your iCloud storage.

You're looking at iCloud storage and device storage, two different things. You cannot add space to your phone.
