This is extremely frustrating, I already have a group named Finance also have a group named Productivity so add a completely unrelated to either category app to a new group named Productivity & Finance?

I have looked into this and as far as I have found it is not possible. The App Library group names are determined by the OS and are not user configurable.
Thank of it like an index. If you need to organize your Apps, that is why user created folders are there to be used.
