Logitech Brio not HD in Zoom post upgrade to Monterey

Since upgrade to 12.0.2 Monterey the external USB camera Logitech Brio no longer shows up at the correct resolution in Zoom. Opening the LogiTune app forces the correct resolution. The in-built FaceTime and PhotoBooth apps appear to work fine with the correct resolution.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.0

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities. We understand your Logitech camera is no longer functioning correctly when using Zoom, but functions correctly in other apps.


From what you've shared, it sounds like you'll want to work directly with Zoom Support to find a solution to the issue you're experiencing when using their app.
