Somehow the Apple ID on my iPhone is different than on my PC. It was fine for at least 2 yrs. but I don't know what I did to change it. I can't find and don't know password for iPhone so I can't sign in to fix or restore it.
If you forgot the Apple ID (iCloud) password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
