Watching Apple TV

Apparently that model does not support the Apple TV App: https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/articles/00226446

You would need a streaming box such as a Roku, Fire Tv, Playstation, Xbox or the actual Apple TV box to get the Apple TV App on that TV.

What make and model of TV do you have exactly?

Is it fully updated per its own instructions? Does it have an App Store to download apps from?
