What email address do Apple iTunes Gifts come from?

I sent someone a book from iTunes. They can’t find the email that Apple sent. What email address should I search for?

iPhone 5c, iOS 10

Hi rrboydiv,

Welcome to the Apple Community.

Wondering which device, or computer the lost email is on.

Sorry I don't know that email address.

(Seems such emails could have a "no-reply" address.?)

You might want to try an e-mail search for the Book Title / Date email was sent ?

This article from Apple support may help:

Ways to search for email in Mail on iPhone

OR

Lost email could be in the Spam, Junk, Trash, Deleted Items, or Archive folder.

If you haven't been able to find the e-mail message:

You might want to review your App Store, iTunes Store, iBooks Store, or Apple Music purchase history

(You can also report a problem from there)

Hope this helps :-)
