Couldn't start Dropbox after Monterey Update

Just updated to Monterey 12.0.1. Now I get an error message saying "Couldn't start Dropbox". I have reinstalled Dropbox, but still getting the message. There is a long text message that goes with this, which ends with "nucleus_python.SyncEngineError: "Initializing engine |>> Initializing filesystem |>> Attempting to register icons |>> fchflags syscall: _set_hidden |>> Permission denied". "

Ideas, anyone?

See if you need to add it to >System Preferences>Security&Privacy>Privacy>Full Disk Access (?)

Once there you make restriction in the Files and Folders below it, if necessary
