My phone does not light up with a green circle when I put my case on anymore. Is the MagSafe no longer working?
I bought a MagSafe Apple phone case about a week ago. It used to light up with a green circle whenever I put the case on. It no longer does that, does that mean it’s stopped working?
MagSafe only animates when the iPhone is locked.
If your MagSafe case is not communicating with your iPhone when locked, it’s defective.
If it’s an Apple case, visit an Apple retail store for replacement.

When you connect a MagSafe accessory to your iPhone, you may see a different animation depending on the accessory. When you put the case on your iPhone do you see animation at all? MagSafe cases and sleeves for iPhone
If not, are you able to try with a different accessory?

Apple still didn’t explain magsafe case animation why disappear.My iPhone 12 pro max magsafe case doesn't show the animation on screen. When I update ios from14.7 until 15.1.1, put in magsafe case still no animation.
I ask ‘apple support’ three times ,they always say next ios will fix,but no! I mail to tcook ceo, he never reply me! The apple iphone magsafe silicon case is bad expensive product!
