I just got the 13 mini. IOS up to date. Whenever I use Uconnect in my 08 Grand Cherokee, the call is severely choppy on both ends. This only happens with Uconnect, both incoming and outgoing. Phone has no damage whatsoever. Did not have this problem with my first gen SE, that I just got rid of.

From your post it appears you are having issues with phone calls while in your Grand Cherokee.
We would try to isolate the issue further. Do you have another car you can test with to see if the iPhone has the same issue?
You may also want to check with the manufacturer and see if there is a software update available for the sound system.
Go ahead and try and pair the device again. On the iPhone tap on Settings > Bluetooth > [car system] and tap the "I". Tap Forget This Device. Restart the iPhone and pair the iPhone to the car again.
Test and see if this helps.
