Lost phone

Hi my son has lost his iPhone and we need to change his Apple ID password and the new tel no it is linked to.

I have tried different ways to do this but it keeps sending a verification code to the number we can’t access.

what do we need to do?

Apple ID access I have lost my phone so have been sent a new one with same number I’ve tried logging into my iCloud to set up my phone but it sends a verification code to my old phone, so I can’t progress any further. Is there anyway of getting round this ? Thank you

Lost phone and can’t remember Apple ID password My husband lost his phone at the golf course today. He keeps trying to reset his Apple ID but they keep sending a verification code to the list phone. We are attempting to use find my but he has to log in. Help! We want to find it before it dies and we can no longer use find my services!

See if he can get a Rescue or Notification email option. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
