Hello, i have an old iphone se, using ios 12. My apps ask me to update to at least ios 13. I do not want to update my phone to the latest version of ios (15), but only to ios 13. The problem is I can't find out how to update to ios 13. Please help me. Thank you.
You can't choose which iOS version you want/like.
You have to update to the version shown in Settings---> General---> Software-update
