how do i update my iphone to ios 13

I am trying to download an app. However every time I try, it tells me I need to update to ios13. How do I do this?

iOS 13 is gone and no longer available. You can update your iPhone 7 plus to iOS 14.4. Just run Software Update in Settings > General > Software Update.

14.4 is the only update you can get for 6s, and above.
