Delivery delay

I'm facing a huge delay in the delivery of my iphone 13 pro 256gb. I'm going to sell my old smartphone next week cause I've found a buyer and if I won't receive my new iphone (ordered on 18.10...) I will have to block the purchase and chose another brand. This delay is a real lack of service and a waste of customers.

Didn't expect this from Apple. I used to be a user with 3Gs and I wanted to come back again with iOS but it seems our roads won't be a one way again. Really sorry for this lack of service.

This is not true. This issue doesn't affect many other companies and the most afflicted are the US ones. Maybe this is a problem with the east Asian suppliers, first of all. Which means it could be a political problem or whatever.

In any case, selling the old smartphone was planned following the estimated delivery of the iPhone...which has missed the expected timeline. Besides, I could even block the selling of my current smartphone but it's not fair in my opinion.
