Anyone have the problem where QR code does not open option for Add to Wallet and Health

Yes, the QR code on the SMART Health Card for the Covid vaccination would prompt to open in Safari instead of the Health app or Wallet even after updating to iOS 15.1.

If scanning the QR code gives a notification banner prompt to open in Safari, click on the share button in Safari.

A menu should show an option to open or add to the Health app after clicking the share button.

Follow the prompts to add to Health and Wallet.
